Checking the stone from selection to shipment

We work to standard product requirements or written customer specifications for thickness, appearance, color selection, piece dimensions, packing and loading. Natural stone variation must be defined and approved, not hidden.

**Factory & Production Environment**A reference view of our production environment. Stone cutting, sorting and packing are coordinated against project requirements.

**Color and Size Checks**Selected stones are reviewed for natural color range, shape and fit within the ordered product class.

**Thickness & Dimension Checks**Stone thickness and piece dimensions are checked during processing to the agreed tolerances.

**Inspecting Natural Face and Cut Back**The natural exposed face and the sawn back are reviewed during sample and batch inspection.

**Packing Review**Crate arrangement is checked to reduce movement and damage during shipment.

**Container Loading**Final loading is organized around the confirmed crate count and shipping documentation.

Standard river-stone veneer thickness is generally targeted at 2–4 cm (about 3/4–1 1/2 in). Some buyers request thinner sawn backs to reduce wall load; feasibility, final weight, tolerance and packing are determined for the selected stone and order.
