Our core product

Beige & Grey River Stone Veneer

Two main natural color groups, each supplied with the genuine rounded stone face and a sawn back. The stones are individually shaped rather than factory-molded into repeating patterns.

Two natural palettes, many individual stones

Beige ranges from cream and sand to light tan, whereas grey includes pale and deeper mineral-grey tones. Color and shape vary from piece to piece and from lot to lot.

We remove the thick center of larger stones and retain the two naturally rounded outer faces. Typical thickness is approximately 2–4 cm (3/4–1 1/2 in), with thinner cutting possible on request.

How it is made

River Stone Veneer Processing & River Stone Slices

By sawing away the heavy center, each selected whole river stone can produce two pieces with the original natural face and a cut back for easier wall fixing.

From whole cobble to stone veneer

Typical finished thickness is 2–4 cm (3/4–1 1/2 in). Standard production is approximately 50–60 kg per m², depending on the stone, shape and cut. We can discuss thinner cuts where a project needs to reduce dead load.

Export shipments

Packaging, inspection and container loading

Our factory prepares and packs selected material for international wholesale and project orders.

Export wooden crates holding layered natural river stone veneer

Export wooden crates

A typical crate is built in approximately 10 layers, with each layer laid out to cover about 1 m² (roughly 10 sq ft in commercial shorthand). That gives about 10 m² per crate; the exact equivalent is 107.6 sq ft.

Finished count and net coverage should be confirmed against the packing list. Packaging and loading methods can be adapted to customer requirements.
